Ūnika swimwear is made to fit your body like a second skin - we utilize high-quality, recycled Nylon/Spandex fabric with a seamless finish that stretches and moulds to any body type for supreme comfort and durability.
Sizing
Our sizes range from XS - 4XL with plans to expand to 6XL.
All pieces are made based on standard sizing and are true to size unless advised in the item description. Please read the item description of the product before purchasing to ensure you are buying the correct size. Shipping
Our products are not pre-made, they are made to order which means we cut, sew, and process them after your order is placed. We require 5-6 business days to process your order before it is shipped to you. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Please provide a phone number when ordering from our site in case a team member needs to reach you regarding your order. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, delivery times depend on where you are located.
CANADIAN ORDERS
All Canadian orders are shipped through Canada Post (https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/cpc/en).
Estimated shipping times are:
· 2-8 business days for Expedited Parcel
· 2-4 business days for Xpresspost
· 2-4 business days for Priority ( Eligible for shipping refund if package lost in the mail)

US ORDERS
US orders are shipped through USPS, DHL, and UPS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping providers and time of delivery vary depending on where you are located.
*Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the 'Track my order' feature located in the confirmation email. Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered, nor where delivery attempts have been made.
Please note at times unexpected delays may occur with delivery which Ūnika Swimwear has no control over and is not responsible for.
Custom Imports Duty & Taxes
Please be aware that Ūnika Swimwear is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs. The prices on our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country. Ūnika Swimwear is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs/duties/taxes. Please keep an eye on your shipment when the tracking number is provided to avoid delays.PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $30 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
Sales Period
All sales and discounts are final, meaning no returns or exchanges can be made.
Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed due to high order volumes. If wrong items are ordered during sale periods we do not take responsibility. It is the customers responsibility to return incorrect items purchased. We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is required at checkout point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.
Returns/Exchanges
At Ūnika, we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we’re here to make sure you're satisfied with your order.
How to Initiate a Return:
Returns receive a store credit only. Your package will not be shipped with a return slip. Please email info@unikaswimwear.com with your order number if interested in a return.
**We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
**All return refunds are given the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
1. Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.
2. Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
3. Be returned with original tags and packaging.
SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS: Items marked "Sale" or discounted with a promo code are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.FULL PRICED ITEMS: Eligible for exchange or store credit.CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom or tailor-made orders are final sales and not eligible for exchanges or store credit.PLEASE NOTE: Unworn items must be returned in original packaging - with hygiene liner still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the hygiene stickers & tags on our products have been removed or tampered with. The customer is responsible for sending back the garments to the address provided with the returns form filled out in full with the order number (The return form is given once you email info@unikaswimwear.com).Exchanges can be made for the same product in a different size or colour. If exchanging for a different style/product, customers must pay the price difference.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable. Customers who have received & used a gift card are not eligible for refunds, exchange only. Gift cards do not expire.
Product Care
Caring for your swimwear is important. Make sure you follow these simple steps to keep your swimwear in optimal condition.
○ Do not dry clean or wash in warm or hot water.
○ Do not iron or leave directly in the sun.
○ Hand wash in cold water.
○ Lay flat, out of direct sunlight to dry.
○ Avoid extremely high chlorinated waters such as hot tubs.
Make sure that sand is removed from the garment as this can dry out the fabric. Store in a dry place where air flows frequently to avoid moisture from building. Do not leave in direct sunlight or wear in extremely chlorinated water - this may cause colour to fade and damage material. Avoid contact with rough surfaces. ex. - rocks, pebbled / stone pool surfaces.
*We do not take responsibility for fabric damage as a result of incorrect washing/sun damage/chlorinated water damage.

We value our community, and social media followers. Due to the high volume of inquiries we get regarding collaborations, we cannot always reply to all messages. However, we are always open to connecting with models, photographers and companies who we believe share similar values as us.
